Donating to the United Way has been an annual holiday tradition for over two decades for associates of Santa Monica-based ad agency RPA. The charitable contributions benefit non-profit organizations under the United Way umbrella. This integrated campaign was created to raise awareness for Angel Flight West, an organization through which pilots volunteer their time and planes to provide travel for those in need--including children who need to fly to hospitals for life-saving treatments. This work engaged the employees in fun and meaningful ways, resulting in the most profitable fundraising campaign at the agency to date.
